How to Install Presets in Photoshop Adobe Camera Raw
OPTION 1: SYNC FROM LIGHTROOM CLASSIC
If you're using Lightroom Classic and import presets there, these should automatically sync to Adobe Camera Raw and will be visible the next time you launch the app. This includes General Presets, Adjustment Presets, AI Mask Presets, Gradient Masks Presets and Creative Profiles.
OPTION 2: INSTALL .XMP PRESETS DIRECTLY IN ADOBE CAMERA RAW
Step 1. Download your Lightroom Toolkit from the link sent to your email. All the files will come in a single .zip folder. Unzip the main folder, where you will find .zip files with names of all the products you've purchased. Don't unzip the individual files.
Step 2. Launch Photoshop and open an image either in JPEG or RAW format. From the top menu, click on Filter>Camera Raw Filter... to Launch Camera Raw.

Step 3. Once you're in Camera Raw, find the Presets tab in the right toolbar (at the bottom just above the three dots).

Step 4. In the Presets tab, find the three dots [...] in the top right corner and open the drop down. From there, select "Import Profiles & Presets".

Step 5. Select the zipped .xmp files you've downloaded (no need to unzip them) and select Open to install them to Adobe Camera Raw. That's it!
Please note that Brush Presets are not compatible with Lightroom (CC) and require Lightroom Classic.
